Location: Swansea Salary: £42,000 + Depending on Experience inc OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm | Optional Saturday Morning Overtime (Paid at Time & a Half)

The Role
As a Master Vehicle Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing and repairs while supporting workshop efficiency and maintaining the highest manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Completing servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Supporting workshop technicians with complex technical issues
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and safety guidelines
- Completing warranty repairs and technical documentation accurately
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and productivity
- Delivering exceptional technical support and customer satisfaction

About You
- Master Vehicle Technician qualification is essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is essential
- Previous experience within a franchised/main dealership environment
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- IT literate with strong organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Reliable, proactive and committed to delivering the highest standards of workmanship
