THE ROLE
As a Master Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs while supporting the workshop team and ensuring every vehicle meets the highest manufacturer standards.
Key responsibilities include:
·Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults
·Carrying out servicing and repairs to manufacturer specifications
·Providing technical guidance and support to workshop colleagues
·Assisting with the resolution of complex technical issues
·Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and health & safety standards
·Completing accurate repair documentation and technical reports
·Supporting workshop productivity, quality, and efficiency
·Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction
 
ABOUT YOU
We''re keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or higher (essential)
·Previous experience as a Master Technician, Senior Technician, or Diagnostic Technician
·Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
·Experience working within a franchised dealership or premium automotive environment is highly desirable
·Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
·A commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer service
·Full UK Manual Driving Licence
