We''re looking for an experienced Master Technician / Diagnostic Technician to become the technical expert within a busy, modern dealership workshop. Working with the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment, you''ll diagnose complex faults, support the wider workshop team, and continue developing your skills through ongoing manufacturer training.

Modern, Fully Equipped Workshop
As the workshop''s technical specialist, you''ll play a key role in maintaining high workshop standards while supporting colleagues with advanced diagnostics and repairs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing complex electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults
Carrying out advanced servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and software
Supporting and mentoring Vehicle Technicians within the workshop
Completing repairs in line with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Carrying out vehicle inspections and quality checks
Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and service records
Working closely with the Service Department to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Senior Vehicle Technician, or Lead Technician
Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Main Dealership or large independent workshop experience
EV/Hybrid qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication skills with the ability to support and mentor other technicians
Full UK Driving Licence
