Master Scheduler Application Deadline: 30 September 2026 Vacancy Type:Permanent/Full Time Positions Available: 1 Location: Greatham, Hartlepool Job Summary Job Purpose: The Master Scheduler is responsible for leading the planning and scheduling function across the Greatham site, ensuring the effective coordination, prioritisation and execution of maintenance activities across both White End (WE) and ICON manufacturing operations. The role is positioned as the single point of accountability for maintenance planning and scheduling excellence across the Greatham site, the role provides strategic leadership to schedulers and planners, establishes a single integrated maintenance planning process, and ensures resources, materials, contractors and plant availability are aligned to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective maintenance execution. The position acts as the central point of governance for maintenance scheduling and is a key member of the Site Engineering Leadership Team. Roles and Responsibilities: Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Leadership: Lead and develop the WE and ICON planning and scheduling team, setting common standards and maintaining an integrated site maintenance schedule. Prioritise work by risk, safety, compliance and business need, supported by rolling 13-week and annual maintenance plans.
