Master Scheduler Location: Hampshire (site-based role) Security Clearance: DV Cleared (essential)IR35 Status: Inside IR35Contract Duration: 3 months +The RoleAs Master Scheduler, you will work closely with Project Managers, PMO teams, and delivery leadership to ensure all programmes and projects are planned, tracked, and delivered in line with agreed timelines.You will play a key role in driving scheduling standards, identifying risks, and providing insight into delivery performance across complex environments.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules across multiple workstreamsEnsure all milestones, dependencies, and critical paths are clearly defined and actively managedWork with Project Managers to ensure schedules align with delivery plans, resources, and contractual commitmentsProvide schedule analysis, forecasting, and impact assessments to support decision-makingIdentify and manage scheduling risks, issues, and opportunities for optimisationSupport governance by producing status reports, dashboards, and schedule updatesImplement and maintain DXC scheduling standards, tools, and controls across the accountCoach and support delivery teams in effective planning and scheduling practices What You''ll Bring Proven experience in project/programme scheduling or PMO roles within complex environmentsStrong expertise in scheduling tools such as MS Project or equivalent planning tools Solid understanding of project and programme ..... full job details .....
