5 September 2025Working within Asda Service Centre as an Master Data Management Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate onboarding of new suppliers and other Asda Business Partners including factories and treasury partners. You will be updating and maintaining these accounts with the upmost accuracy whilst working at pace and providing great customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers supporting one of the UK''s largest Accounts Payable Teams which is part of our Finance function.The function is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable, from supplier on-boarding right through to supplier payment, collaborating across all areas of the business and our supplier base with the role embodying a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Accurate and timely processing of onboarding requests in multiple systemsInvestigate and resolve internal and external queries within service levelsGeneral housekeeping of the Accounts Payable Ledger through liaising with the wider Accounts Payable teamEnsure all tasks are completed in accordance with the company financial control framework and policiesAssist with implementing new processes and proceduresCollaborate with colleagues across all areas of the business, building and maintaining good relationships, both internal and external"Let''s find out about you?"
