This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience negotiating trading documentation who enjoys working closely with front office, credit, legal and risk teams in a fast-paced markets environment. The position offers broad exposure across a range of asset classes and legal agreements while supporting business growth and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the negotiation and execution of trading and market-standard legal documentation. Draft, review and manage agreements including ISDAs, Credit Support Annexes, GMRAs, GMSLAs and FX documentation. Coordinate regulatory onboarding documentation and related legal requirements. Liaise with internal stakeholders across legal, risk, credit and business teams to resolve documentation issues. Support the negotiation of ancillary trading agreements, confidentiality agreements and brokerage documentation. Maintain accurate documentation records and internal tracking systems. Contribute to documentation-related projects, process improvements and wider legal initiatives.
