You''ll lead and grow Movember''s established portfolio of mass participation events, creating standout experiences that inspire supporters to fundraise, return and help change the face of men''s health. You''ll: Manage third-party endurance events from contracting and participant recruitment through to event delivery and post-event analysis. Create segmented and personalised supporter journeys that increase participation and fundraising income. Develop retention strategies that keep event supporters connected to Movember and increase their lifetime value. Plan and deliver Movember''s presence at events, ensuring supporters have a remarkable experience. Deliver the UK Endurance Events strategy within agreed budgets and fundraising targets.
