Marquee Foreman Pay: £41,500.00-£48,000.00 per year About us Our client is an industry leading provider of marquees, pavilions and temporary structures, with a distinguished portfolio of clients. For over 50 years they have supplied structures at major events across the UK. Marquee Foreman - Job Description We are recruiting full time experienced Marquee Foreman. You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Marquee Industry within a Crew Leader/Foreman position. You will be managing a crew to erect and dismantle marquees and structures for events across the UK. Experience in the Marquee and Temporary Structure is essential. Marquee Foreman - Main Duties Managing a crew of between 2 - 8 marquee erectors, and responsible for the site projects, including delivering training where necessary. Installation/Dismantle of temporary structures, floors, doors, and ancillary equipment. Responsible for unloading and reloading trailers Maintaining Health and Safety whilst on site in compliance with company and environmental policies. Liaise with Managers and Clients to ensure the timely and successful completion of all events to the highest standard. Meeting tight deadlines and overcoming challenges as they arise, such as poor weather conditions. High level of service is required. Attending Site Visits when necessary.
