Marketplace Manager - Europe and UKStockport Hybrid - 3 days in office (flexi-times) 50,000 - 60,000 + Performance BonusZachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading European home and lifestyle business as they recruit a Marketplace Manager - Europe and UK.This is a key growth role, responsible for accelerating an established UK marketplace business while driving expansion across Europe.Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will take ownership of sales, margin, assortment, stock, promotions and marketplace relationships, while identifying and launching new opportunities across the UK and Europe.The Role: Own commercial performance across UK and European marketplaces Develop and deliver marketplace growth plans Identify and launch new marketplace partners and territories Build market-specific assortments and trading strategies Manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, promotions and stock performance Analyse customer, competitor and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities Lead commercial negotiations and onboarding with new partners Work cross-functionally to deliver successful launches and scalable marketplace processesAbout You:You will bring: Proven experience in ecommerce marketplaces or online retail Strong commercial ownership of sales, with margin or profit experience desirable Experience growing existing channels and launching new marketplaces, partners or territories Strong analytical and trading skills A solid understanding of ..... full job details .....
