Marketplace Manager - Up to £45,000 - Mat Cover

OverviewMarketplace Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead growth of sales and profit across TikTok Shop and eBay. This is a hands-on role managing daily trading activity, campaigns, and live shopping events, while working with marketing, merchandising and external partners to maximise performance.

Responsibilities

Build and own the marketplace trading calendar, set budgets and sales forecasts, and report on performance in regular trade meetings.

Plan and execute TikTok Shop Lives; manage affiliate creator partnerships; ensure product content is accurate and optimised.

Collaborate with buying, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure KPIs around delivery, stock availability and customer experience are met.

Lead growth initiatives across TikTok Shop and eBay; drive sales and profitability while maintaining strong commercial discipline.

Qualifications

Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar marketplace platforms.

Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Confidence in analysing data, financially astute, and highly organised.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Self-starter with a proactive, resilient approach; thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
