This is a P&L-owning role with responsibility for marketplace revenue, profitability and growth. The successful candidate will set the strategy, identify and onboard new suppliers and vendors, and drive the performance of the existing marketplace through Mirakl . The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial delivery. Managing a medium-sized team, the Marketplace Lead will remain close to the detail, from supplier acquisition and onboarding through to account management, range development and performance optimisation. This is a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly, so the role will suit someone who is commercially driven, decisive and comfortable operating at pace.
