We are looking for a reliable and organised person to help lead our fulfilment team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for making sure customer orders are packed and dispatched on time while supporting the smooth running of the warehouse. Main Responsibilities Lead and support the fulfilment team each day. Help manage warehouse operations and support the Factory Manager. Pick, pack, label and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time. Manage returns, stock replenishment and stock checks. Support general warehouse and production tasks when required. Use warehouse systems, barcode scanners and Microsoft Business Central. Follow Health & Safety procedures and help improve warehouse processes. What We're Looking For Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure. Good communication skills with a positive, team-focused attitude.
