Marketplace Business Development Manager (German Speaking) - ContractDay Rate: FlexibleLocation: Remote - Travel across Europe Duration: Initial 6 month contract Sanderson are currently supporting a major international retail organisation to identify a Marketplace Business Development Manager to support the growth of its European marketplace offering.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding and optimising a portfolio of marketplace sellers, with a particular focus on German B2C merchants.The RoleAs a Marketplace Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and operational success of sellers on the platform. You will support merchants through onboarding, optimise their performance, and build strong, long-term relationships to maximise sales and visibility.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand a network of German B2C marketplace sellersIdentify and onboard new merchants onto the platformSupport sellers with technical setup, integration, and account configurationProvide ongoing operational and technical support throughout onboardingBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sellersAnalyse market trends, competition, and performance data to identify growth opportunitiesSupport merchants in improving sales, visibility, and conversion performanceDeliver against sales and quality targetsCollaborate with internal teams including legal, marketing, and logisticsRepresent the business at industry events and merchant ..... full job details .....
