Marketing Specialist - 45k

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading not-for-profit organisation with the recruitment of a Marketing Executive (Social Media and Content). The role will be based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, and will focus on growing organic reach, engagement and income across the organisation''s established social media channels. Salary £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience + great benefits. Key Responsibilities Develop engaging social media content across a range of established platforms. Help grow organic reach, engagement and income through social media activity. Plan and deliver content aligned with wider marketing and fundraising objectives. Manage content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X. Create and adapt content including short-form video, social copy and campaign assets. Monitor performance and use analytics to improve future content and campaigns. Support paid social activity where required. Work closely with wider digital and fundraising teams on integrated campaigns. Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to grow audiences. Use AI and digital tools to support content creation, reporting and campaign development. Skills and Experience 2+ years'' experience within social media, content marketing or digital marketing. Proven experience growing social media reach and engagement. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
