We re looking for a dynamic and organised Marketing Projects Coordinator to join our busy Marketing and Communications team at Chichester College Group. If you thrive on planning, scheduling, and seeing projects through from idea to delivery, this role is for you. You ll be the glue between teams, systems, and timelines, helping us stay on track as we deliver high-impact campaigns that support student recruitment, brand visibility and strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities of our Marketing Projects Co-ordinator: Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to plan and prioritise marketing projects. Develop and manage project timelines using (url removed) and other project management tools. Assign tasks and set realistic deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects. Regularly update and adjust schedules to reflect project status and resource availability. Project Co-ordination and Execution: Co-ordinate daily workflow across marketing teams, ensuring smooth progression of campaigns and deliverables. Serve as the main point of contact for project-related queries and status updates.
