      <description>Location: Cardiff | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client has a strong and growing product portfolio. The challenge is not the quality of the products, but ensuring that every product in the range is understood, positioned correctly, supported with accurate information and managed effectively throughout its lifecycle with a clear commercial focus.  This role owns the "what" of the marketing function. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Design and New Product Development, the Product &amp; Portfolio Analyst ensures the product range is commercially coherent, customer-ready and communicated with precision.   Portfolio Management &amp; Analysis    Maintain a clear, data-driven view of the product portfolio, analysing performance by product range, category and market to support commercial and marketing planning.  Evaluate products across their lifecycle (launch, growth, maturity and decline), identifying opportunities for lifecycle extension, repositioning or rationalisation.  Collaborate with Sales and Finance to support the development of a rolling 3-5-year product roadmap based on commercial evidence.
