Marketing Operations Manager

OverviewMarketing Operations Manager role at Stopgap - Marketing, Digital and Creative Recruitment. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on coordinating marketing initiatives, mentoring the team, and driving campaign performance.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and mentor the Marketing Ops team, holding regular check-ins and supporting career growth.

Streamline campaign delivery: manage priorities, allocate tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Monitor performance: track KPIs, spot opportunities and push for continuous improvement.

Remain hands-on when needed; quality control and attention to detail matter here.

Champion collaboration and learning: create a team culture where people enjoy working and growing.

Report on wins and challenges to senior leadership with clear recommendations.

Keep skills sharp: bring best practices in digital marketing and campaign management into the team.

This role is based from Central London, working hybrid 3 days per week and paying £35k - £40k depending on experience.

What we’re looking for

The ability to deliver digital projects specifically email, video, audio and online content.

A grounding in marketing and the ability to interpret data.

The ability to manage a budget.

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).

You MUST have the right to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available.
