Marketing Operations Manager – AI-Powered B2B SaaSPropel is partnering with an AI-driven platform transforming how global finance teams handle document processing. By automating complex data workflows, they help businesses save time and increase accuracy. As they scale rapidly, they need a Marketing Operations Manager to build, streamline and grow the systems that fuel demand generation, campaign success and revenue insights.What you’ll be doing:Manage and improve the entire MarTech stack—Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified—making sure everything works smoothly together and campaigns run flawlesslyCreate and optimise automated workflows for lead capture, enrichment, routing and nurturing to deliver personalised experiences at scaleDevelop and maintain lead scoring models to identify high-potential prospects and accelerate pipeline growthSupport WordPress site operations alongside content and web teams to ensure top performanceExplore and implement AI tools for smarter segmentation and automationEquip marketing teams with tools, processes and training to run scalable campaignsAlign sales and marketing workflows to ensure fast lead handoffs and accurate reportingBuild dashboards and reports that reveal campaign performance and marketing’s impact on revenueCollaborate closely with RevOps, Demand Gen and Product Marketing to maximise resultsWhat they’re looking for:3–5 years’ experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations within fast-growing B2B SaaSStrong hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, WordPress and conversational marketing platforms like QualifiedProven success creating lead lifecycle strategies, scoring models and automation workflowsExcellent analytical skills and knowledge of GDPR and CCPA complianceFamiliarity with automation tools such as Make or ZapierA collaborative attitude, comfortable working across Sales, Demand Gen and other teamsLocation:
