Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager Location : Accrington with regular travel to Irlam Salary : £35,000 to £42,000 Hours : 40 hours per week Dogs 4 Rescue is the UK''s pioneering kennel-free rescue powered by companionship freedom and love. We are leading the rescue revolution, daring to do things differently. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome dogs across the Northwest, with a particular focus on saving the dogs no one wants. We are looking for an organised and analytical Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to bring structure, insight and coordination to our marketing and fundraising activity. This is a new role for someone who enjoys making plans, systems and processes work well, while always keeping sight of the difference great marketing can make. You will help manage the platforms, processes and reporting behind our activity, coordinate campaigns across both sites and help us understand what is working, where we should focus our resources and how we can keep improving. What you''ll do Coordinate the organisation-wide marketing plan and calendar. Manage campaigns from initial brief through to delivery and evaluation, with clear timescales, responsibilities and sign off. Oversee and improve marketing platforms including Meta, Google Ads, the website, email marketing and our supporter database.
