This temporary position offers an opportunity to support a busy marketing team with day-to-day coordination, briefing, and asset management, contributing to impactful campaigns within a well-respected health charity environment. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming marketing briefs, ensuring clear understanding and proper processing. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver small-to-medium projects on time and within scope. Maintain and organise the internal asset bank and SharePoint site, facilitating easy access to resources. Assist in building an internal asset library, overseeing asset uploads and categorisation. Prepare and process internal and external briefs, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support the planning and scheduling of marketing activities using Excel and other planning tools. Liaise with creative teams, agencies, and internal clients to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.
