Location: Belfast Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Salary: £14.06 Contract: Temporary About the Role: MPA Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a Marketing Officer. Our client collects, processes and distributes blood and blood components across Northern Ireland, supporting services at approximately 240 locations. Recruiting and retaining blood donors is essential to maintaining safe and appropriate blood stock levels. The postholder will support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies designed to recruit and retain blood donors. The role will also involve preparing reports and developing and delivering presentations to support donor recruitment and retention activity. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaign Support Support the planning, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to recruit and retain blood donors. Assist with the coordination of promotional activity across a range of channels, including digital, print and community engagement. Help develop clear, engaging marketing materials that encourage donor participation and support donor retention. Contribute ideas and content for campaigns, events and communications aimed at increasing awareness of blood donation. Donor Communications and Engagement Support communications that promote the importance of blood donation and encourage regular donor attendance.
