Marketing Officer

Job Role: Marketing Officer (Band 4) MPA are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our public service client for a Marketing Officer. Our client collects processes and distributes blood and blood components throughout Northern Ireland at around 240 locations. The recruitment and retention of blood donors is vital in order to ensure stocks are kept an appropriate level. The main function of this post is to help support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to recruit and retain blood donors. The role will also include provision of reports as well as the development and delivery of presentations. Location - Belfast Hours of Work - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Salary - £14.06 ph Job Duties: Use a variety of tools to communicate with other departments internally Use a variety of tools to communicate with external stakeholders (e.g. donors, lapsed donors and the general public), to include but not limited to; face to face, telephone, post and digital methods Deliver engaging presentations to large groups Expand capacity to communicate with all stakeholders by developing and implementing digital communication tools Organise, contribute to and attend health fairs and public events including display management and possible outdoor work Communicate with media outlets where necessary Develop and maintain working relationships with schools, universities and other external organisations Develop marketing literature Research and ..... full job details .....
