Are you looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of the marketing function and play a key role in the growth of an innovative business? As Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the UK marketing strategy, developing and delivering campaigns that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and directly support commercial growth. Working closely with senior leadership, sales and product teams, you will have the opportunity to shape the company''s marketing approach across digital channels, CRM, content, events and product launches. The Role This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic marketing planning with campaign execution, while having the freedom to develop processes, improve lead generation and make a measurable commercial difference. Develop and execute the UK marketing strategy in line with wider commercial objectives. Own and optimise HubSpot CRM, including marketing automation, workflows, customer journeys and lead management.
