Input into strategic change and re-organisation of the department and processes as required. Managing the product portfolio from a marketing perspective to include product management, channel, communications, digital, social media and PR/promotions. Liaison and oversee works with a dedicated marketing agency to ensure best return on investment for appropriate promotion via media channels.
