Marketing Manager Salary: Up to £50,000 Location: Longwell Green Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Reporting to: Business Development Director Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for building brand trust, driving engagement, and generating high-quality leads? We''re looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead in elevating our brand, enhancing our digital presence, and contributing directly to the long-term success of our business. Main Duties " Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the overall marketing strategy. " Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that highlight our generator solutions and communicate our values of trust and quality. " Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints-messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity-to strengthen recognition across diverse market sectors. " Develop and implement a user experience UX strategy to ensure our website and digital channels are impactful, accessible, and customer-centric. " Oversee agency relationships and external partnerships to support creative, digital, and strategic execution as needed. " Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI through data-driven decisions. " Lead both internal and external communications to build trust, reinforce our Employee Ownership Trust EOTculture, and improve employee engagement. " Continuously refine the marketing mix-including SEO, PPC, video, content, and social media-to keep our brand fresh and competitive. " Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities. " Design storytelling campaigns that showcase team expertise and build long-lasting customer relationships. " Monitor customer satisfaction using tools like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and use feedback to shape marketing and UX improvements. " " Manage and mentor a small team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional development. Skills and Experience: " Minimum 5 years in a B2B marketing role. " Experience leading a marketing team with measurable results. " Strong background in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and content creation. " Proven success in driving brand growth and lead generation across multiple channels. " Prior experience in the generator or industrial product sector is highly desirable. Skills: " Degree in Marketing or a related discipline. " Deep understanding of the full marketing mix and customer lifecycle. " Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. " Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy. " Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal. " Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. " Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
