Marketing ManagerTerm: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Barwell, LeicestershireThe OpportunityWe''re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join a well-established UK manufacturer and distributor of products for the equestrian, agricultural, construction and gardening sectors.You''ll lead a team of three while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From managing exhibitions and creating marketing collateral to overseeing digital campaigns and supporting new product launches, you''ll play a key role in keeping marketing moving across the business.Key Responsibilities Manage and support a team of three marketing professionals. Develop, manage and execute the annual marketing plan and budget Manage and optimise the online portal to ensure an excellent user experience, maximise functionality, and drive customer adoption and engagement. Lead the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across digital and offline channels. Coordinate trade shows and exhibitions from planning through to delivery. Create and oversee the production of marketing collateral, product labels, brochures, exhibition graphics and promotional materials. Manage email marketing, social media and website content. Work with external agencies and suppliers on creative projects. Ensure all marketing activity is consistent with brand guidelines.
