Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our South West team, based in Exeter.Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness and help achieve sales objectives across the region. Working closely with Sales, Operations, HR and other key stakeholders, you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of a wide range of marketing, communications and promotional activities.This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, managing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring all activity is delivered on time and within budget. You will work with external agencies and suppliers, coordinate content creation, manage website activity, social media and digital marketing performance, and monitor campaign effectiveness through reporting and analytics.You will also support the launch of new developments, coordinating show home and marketing suite set-ups, managing brochure production, signage, promotional materials and launch events.
