Marketing Manager

Our engineering clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.This role has responsibility for the Marketing team, building and delivering on strategies and objectives to develop and grow the business.Duties and Responsibilities Production and delivery of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the UK and Export Management of the Marketing Budget Identify market opportunities for the business and its products Initiate the New Product Introduction process by undertaking business case assessment Maintenance and promotion of the company brand Digital marketing including Social media and Automated Email Marketing Management of external agencies Website content management (Wordpress) Creation of content for print and online (images and text) Use of CRM and Lead Generation Software Analytics reporting to measure campaign success, web traffic and trends Developing effective follow up activities following CPD events to promote our brands and products Produce promotional materials Create and manage marketing campaigns Mentor, develop and nurture team members, ensuring regular contact and one-to-one time is maintained Carry out such additional responsibilities as may be considered necessary by the Management Required skills and experience: Marketing Degree would be desirable CIM Membership would be desirable Proven experience in marketing, in product and brand development Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, ..... full job details .....
