As the UK Marketing Manager you will have the opportunity of working with a brand which is over 100 years old but with the culture of a start up business. It s a fun, lively and fast paced place to work usually with short deadlines so you will need to be willing to roll up your sleeves. Although this is a 12 to 14 month Fixed Term Contract, it will enable you to work with some of the best in the industry which will only make you a better marketing professional. The overarching objective of the UK Marketing Manager is to increase performance through in-store and online activations whilst working in conjunction with retailers and distributors to grow the brand and category. Working for the number one brand in their category and operating within the FMCG space isn t for everyone. Because you need to push yourself, constantly challenge your own thinking, staying one step ahead of your branded competitors and private label products. Working from home around four days a week reflects just how flexible the company is and how the focus is firmly fixed on outputs not inputs.
