We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand''s success. The Integrated Marketing team owns the end-to-end brand strategy, planning, and execution of key initiatives for Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo. This role may lead or support one or more key areas of the business, such as big brand moments, cultural or seasonal campaigns, regional initiatives, or product and commercial go-to-market efforts, serving as a subject matter expert for the business or region you support.Responsibilities
Partner with the senior leadership team to help develop and contribute to the integrated marketing strategy for assigned business area(s), informed by traveler insight, brand priorities, product roadmaps, marketable experiences and commercial goals.Collaborate with partner teams, including GM, product marketing, comms planning, media, internal creative and design teams, or agencies to develop compelling campaign platforms and clear go-to-market plans.Support cross-functional execution of brand campaigns — from big moments like new product launches to always-on programs or local activations.Lead the day-to-day management of creative and media assets in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.Be a brand steward, ensuring creative work meets brand standards, reflects our tone of voice, and is adapted appropriately for channel and region.Build strong relationships with key partners across product, product marketing regional teams, comms, creative, growth marketing, media and sponsorships, PR, influencer marketing and social media.Maintain up-to-date statuses of projects; contribute to reports shared with leadership and cross-functional partners.Support Directors and Senior Directors with delivering all brand campaigns at a high standard.Performance and Insights
Ensure delivery on campaign goals and work with analytics and media teams to track performance.Interpret insights data to optimize campaigns and inform future initiatives and continuous improvements.Experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldProven experience (9+ years) with a track record of delivering results in marketing, creative leadership, and strategic planningHistory of data-driven brand strategies from vision to development across the full funnel of marketing channelsHighly organized and able to juggle multiple projects, initiatives and competing prioritiesAbility to interpret analytics and derive actionable insightsExperience in understanding and delivering on KPIsProven results in delivering business value through brand strategiesExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesPassion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trendsSeniority level
