Marketing Manager South Lanarkshire £35,000 - £45,000 Fully on-site Role Summary You will lead and deliver marketing, communications and brand strategy across a multi-brand organisation. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, employee engagement and business growth across multiple divisions and markets. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights and compelling storytelling to strengthen market presence and support the continued growth of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a group-wide marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistency across all brands, divisions and markets. Lead the planning, creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web and paid advertising channels. Oversee creative direction, brand identity and content development, ensuring a consistent visual style and tone of voice across all communications. Manage SEO, PPC and website performance activities, using data and analytics to optimise user journeys, increase engagement and maximise return on investment. Develop and deliver internal communication strategies that support employee engagement, culture and alignment across the organisation. Coordinate the organisation''s presence at industry events and exhibitions, managing logistics, promotional materials, event communications and stakeholder engagement.
