Marketing Manager

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Southend-on-Sea.Role PurposeLead on brand and campaign activity to boost awareness and student recruitment.Shape and deliver strategic marketing plans across multiple sites and audiences.Manage a small team and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.Main DutiesPlan and run multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events).Develop and protect the organisation''s brand identity, tone, and style.Oversee content creation: social media, PR, video, website, and printed materials.Use data, research, and analytics to measure campaign success and improve ROI.Manage and update the website, ensuring it''s user-friendly and SEO-optimised.Work closely with senior leaders and admissions to support recruitment goals.RequirementsDegree or professional qualification in marketing (or equivalent experience).5+ years'' marketing experience, with proven success in brand/campaigns.Strong leadership skills, managing teams and budgets.Confident across digital and traditional marketing, including paid media.Able to work independently while also being a team playerIf this role is of interest, please apply with your CV to this advert.Important NoticeDovetail and Slate is a specialist education recruitment company.
