Job Description The successful Marketing Manager, Digital Performance will; Drive delivery of monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for D2C channels Track performance closely and highlight opportunities early Plan and execute marketing activity across products, campaigns and key commercial moments Evaluate where to invest, scale back or stop activity based on data and ROI Set clear objectives and success metrics for every activity Conduct post-campaign analysis and document learnings to improve future performance Maximise incremental sales when conditions are right, while maintaining budget discipline Support initiatives that improve store awareness, visibility and ease of shopping and enjoyment.
