Our client work within the construction industry and are a leading construction business, they are looking to add a part time Marketing Manager to their team. The Role of Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced marketing manager for a part-time role to create, develop and execute the marketing plan for the company effectively, and in line with budget.
- Refine positioning, identify target customers/partners/authorities, and develop individual marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Lead the execution of marketing programmes and events from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Maintain our clients digital channels and develop a targeted communications programme to help build customer relationships and support the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve the efficiency of the sales funnel
- Define and manage the marketing budget.
- Manage the creation and execution of day-to-day email and social media campaigns.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms to identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
- Direct and develop engaging thought leadership content as part of the marketing and sales cycle.
- Identify and capitalise on appropriate PR opportunities.
- Manage attendance at exhibitions and trade shows including stand design and build.
- Create promotional material, company literature, datasheets, case studies and all digital assets
- Update and develop the company website, including managing and optimising SEO.
- Work with the pre-construction and estimating team to create templates to support the tender process.
- Manage and develop relationships with suppliers,freelancers and external agencies where necessary.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the Company.
- Ensure information is communicated effectively to your Manager
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years + B2B marketing experience. Construction marketing experience would be a bonus
- Proven strategic and hands-on experience of brand and ABM marketing, with a track record of achieving revenue and brand growth
- A bachelor''s degree in marketing or equivalent (desirable)
- Wordpress CMS (experienced)
- Mailchimp (or similar email platform) (experienced)
- Microsoft Office (experienced)
- Google Analytics (familiar)
- Creative marketing tools - InDesign, Canva (familiar)
- Trade show and event experience
