A well-established and growing business is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function. This is a pivotal role for a commercially minded and creative individual who can drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals
·Lead brand management, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives
·Create compelling marketing content across email, web, print, and events
·Manage lead generation programmes and optimise campaign performance
·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message consistency
·Oversee marketing budgets and agency relationships
·Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
 
Ideal Candidate
·5+ years of marketing experience, including team leadership
·Strong understanding of digital channels, marketing analytics, and emerging trends
·Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills
·Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
·Experience in B2B marketing; event marketing experience advantageous
·Proficient in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and content management platforms
·Energetic, results-driven, and highly organised
