Marketing Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, generalist Marketing Manager to join a specialist construction company. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you''ll play a central role in shaping how the business communicates internally and externally - covering everything from brand and PR to digital campaigns, print and events. This is a broad, varied role suited to someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The position is office based in Essex with regular site visits, giving you a real insight into projects undertaken within the company brand. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver impactful internal and external communications plans, crafting and coordinating compelling content. Partner closely with HR and leadership to drive change management and support strategic initiatives. Manage and grow digital channels including the company website, email marketing and social media. Lead the production of high-quality print materials, including posters, brochures, signage and presentations. Plan and deliver engaging corporate events, attending when required. Drive media relations activity, including press releases, opinion pieces, journalist enquiries and media coverage. Build and nurture strong relationships with trade and regional press. Champion consistent application of brand guidelines across all company touchpoints. Shape the positioning and promotion of products/services across different business units.
