Our client, a unique artist focussed independent label, is seeking a digitally focussed Marketing Manager to help drive the strategy and implementation of digital and physical marketing campaigns. This is a key role and the successful candidate must have experience within a marketing role in a front-line independent label, artist management, major or label services . Office based fulltime Key responsibilities will include: Proven ability to create innovative digital and physical marketing strategies from conception to implementation. Planning campaign activity and measuring effectiveness Buying and optimising advertising across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. Fully conversant in CRM/Paid spend. Working with internal and external designers and developers to brief marketing tools across campaign websites, banner advertisements, bespoke social media assets, video ads, banner advertisements etc. Delivering social media campaigns and fan orientated engagement initiatives. Running social media snapshots, engagements reports and reviewing advertising results using digital insights. Cultivating a deeper understanding of the artists'' profiles. Maintaining a keen awareness of social media developments, and advising the team on optimised fan engagements, online advertising, digital media, and music/technology partnerships.
