Marketing Lead

to take the reins of our fast-growing luxury property brand. This is your chance to head up a dynamic in-house team, work directly with the founder, and bring bold, beautiful campaigns to life across social, digital, events and beyond.

What You''ll Be Doing

Lead the charge on all marketing activity - from strategy to executionManage and inspire a creative team including a content creator and marketing assistantDevelop and deliver scroll-stopping social content and trend-driven campaignsCreate and shape our brand story, driving visibility and engagementWork closely with our founder to turn bold ideas into realityOversee events, shoots, partnerships, and press moments - think penthouse open houses with your creative licenseBuild assets, brochures, award entries and everything in between - with an eye for excellenceBe the brand guardian - inside and out

We''re Looking For Someone Who

Has experience leading creative marketing teamsIs obsessed with social media trends, content performance and audience engagementCan juggle strategy, storytelling and sharp execution all in oneLoves working in fast-paced, creative environmentsIs confident working directly with founders/senior leadershipHas an eye for design, copy and all things contentBonus points if you''ve worked in luxury, lifestyle, property or boutique brands
