Marketing Insights Analyst

Talentmark are recruiting for a Marketing Insights Analyst-to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 10 months. This role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days per week in Burgess Hill.

Salary:
-220 - -250 per day, PAYE
OR
-291.36 - -331.10 per day, Umbrella

Marketing Insights Analyst Role:

• Help to build and run the Customer Experience strategy, including regular feedback measurement and follow-up.
• Produce market size and share reports, spotting key trends along the way.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to support smarter business decisions.
• Run market research (both quantitative and qualitative) on specific topics.
• Use external data to help shape targeted marketing and sales campaigns.

Your Background:

• Experience in a data-driven role.
• Comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insights, using analysis and visualisation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, analytical mindset and a fast learner.
• Experience with healthcare data or market research is a plus, but not essential.
