Work Lyf Group are recruiting for a Marketing Executive on behalf of our client based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, creative and outgoing marketing professional to join a growing logistics and supply chain business.

This is a highly visible, front-facing role focused on communications, social media, email marketing, content creation and events. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company''s brand presence and supporting business growth.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, supporting PR and events and delivering effective marketing campaigns. This role offers genuine opportunities for development within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and deliver email marketing campaigns to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Produce engaging internal communications and company updates.
• Develop customer case studies and marketing content to support business development activities.
• Organise and coordinate events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
• Support directors and senior stakeholders with their personal LinkedIn presence.
• Create marketing materials, graphics and content using platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Utilise AI tools to assist with content creation, campaign planning and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports.
• Ensure all marketing communications remain consistent with brand guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within a marketing, communications or social media role.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating engaging content across multiple channels.
• Confident, outgoing and customer-facing personality.
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working closely with senior management and directors.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Knowledge of HTML email design.
• Experience using AI tools within marketing campaigns.
• Event planning and PR experience.
• Previous experience within a B2B environment.
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain or transport sectors.
