Marketing Executive - Audience Growth and AnalyticsClient: Financial ServicesLocation: HolbornHybrid working setupOur client is going through an exciting period of expansion and is looking for someone to onboard to increase and drive forward their audience expansion and engagement across all channels.We are seeking an experienced professional who works very well independently, produces high-impact delivery, and has excellent technical depth.You will be a proactive, data-driven marketer with a passion for building audiences and working with data to translate insights into action.You will be confident and capable of running high-impact campaigns across various channels.Responsibilities include:Supporting growth and optimization across four key distribution channels:Syndicated Investor Platforms / CRM and Email Marketing / Paid and Organic Digital Marketing / Search Engine and AI VisibilityContributing to growth among HNWI’s, Family Offices, and Retail InvestorsIdentifying new opportunitiesDriving data capture, tracking, and reportingMonitoring KPIs and presenting insights to leadership and senior stakeholdersWorking closely with various teams across the businessThe ideal candidate:Has at least four years’ experience in audience growth, digital distribution, marketing, and analyticsHas demonstrated success in audience growth and resultsPossesses strong technical and analytical skills, fluent in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, dashboards, and various optimization toolsCan work independently and prioritize workload and projectsHas excellent communication skills and is comfortable in meetings with senior management, presenting findings and new ideasIs adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environmentRed Anchor Recruitment is an equal opportunities ..... full job details .....
