Create and distribute engaging marketing content, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials. Assist with website updates, digital marketing activity, and lead generation campaigns. Build, schedule, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and automation workflows. Manage social media content calendars and help create engaging content across multiple platforms. Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on key marketing metrics and KPIs. Maintain CRM systems, databases, and audience records to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Support the production and promotion of events, webinars, and online content. Assist with partnership, sponsorship, and stakeholder marketing activities. Contribute ideas and insights to improve campaign performance and audience engagement. Requirements Previous marketing experience or a marketing-related qualification. Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media platforms.
