Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with strong web design skills to join this manufacturing organisation based in Ashford. This role is perfect for a marketer who not only excels in campaign planning and execution but also understands how to create visually compelling, user-friendly digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence online and driving engagement through strategic marketing initiatives and high-quality web content. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Design and maintain website pages using tools such as WordPress, Webflow, or HTML/CSS. Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to create landing pages, product pages, and microsites. Optimize web pages for performance, UX/UI, SEO, and conversion. Track and report on campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.). Coordinate email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Assist in the creation of digital assets (banners, graphics, animations) for online campaigns. Support the marketing team with social media, branding, and promotional initiatives. Stay up to date with industry trends in both marketing and web design. Salary is dependent on experience.
