Marketing Executive

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Executive. You will be responsible for managing and attending events and supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their BD action plans and opportunities.The role:Managing and attending events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours eventsManaging and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awardsManaging tenders for private and public sector legal panelsProducing credentials, proposals and presentations for new business opportunitiesProducing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gift for seminars and hospitality eventsSupporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team and individual BD plansManaging office BD meeting notes and follow actionsCoordinating submissions for legal directoriesKeeping the firm''s CRM system up to date with key contacts detailsCoordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunitiesPromoting content via the firm''s social media platformsLiaising with stakeholders on PR opportunitiesAssisting with internal and external communicationsDealing with ad-hoc BD and Marketing tasksPrevious experience in a similar role is essential and experience in tenders and proposals is desirable although they can train the successful person.There will be occasional travel to their other offices.Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application straight away. ..... full job details .....
