Key Responsibilities Job Advertising and Content Creation Write engaging and compelling job adverts tailored to attract high-quality candidates Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand alignment across all job postings Regularly update and refresh adverts to maximise visibility and response rates Digital Marketing and Social Media Manage and grow the company''s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram Create and schedule engaging content including market insights, job highlights, and company updates Monitor engagement and performance, making recommendations for improvement Email Marketing Plan and execute targeted mass mailing campaigns to clients and candidates Design and distribute newsletters, job alerts, and marketing communications Maintain and segment mailing lists to ensure effective targeting and compliance Events, Networking and Brand ..... full job details .....
