Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) £27,-Month FTC Hybrid We''re recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with our client, a large and growing organisation, seeking a Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a great role for a graduate or junior marketer looking to build experience across social media, content creation, employer branding and recruitment marketing while taking ownership of a standalone position. What You''ll Be Doing Managing recruitment marketing campaigns across social media and careers channels Creating engaging content including copy, graphics and video Supporting the launch of a new employer brand Coordinating recruitment events and careers fairs Managing the careers inbox and supporting recruitment activity Working closely with internal stakeholders to showcase employee stories and attraction campaigns What We''re Looking For Marketing, recruitment, HR or administration experience Strong social media and content creation skills Experience using Canva and digital marketing platforms Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently What''s On Offer?
