This is a varied, commercially focused role covering digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement and sales support. A key focus will be increasing customer adoption and use of the company''s B2B digital ordering portal, alongside delivering campaigns that support sales growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities  Develop campaigns to increase customer adoption and usage of the digital ordering portal. Create targeted email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and ordering frequency. Produce user guides, video tutorials, sales tools, pitch decks and product materials. Promote new digital services and portal features to existing customers.
