This hands-on role will manage customer communications across email, SMS and emerging channels, alongside automated journeys, partner campaigns, website activity, social media and performance analysis across two established travel brands. £30K-£35K, dependent upon experience. Build and manage automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned browse/basket, renewal and re-engagement activity. Develop audience segments based on behaviour, engagement and lifecycle stage. Build and troubleshoot HTML email templates, ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility. Test subject lines, creative, send times and channels to improve engagement and conversion.
