Marketing Executive, A growing travel industry business is seeking a commercially focused Marketing Executive to join its team. This hands-on role will manage customer communications across email, SMS and emerging channels, alongside automated journeys, partner campaigns, website activity, social media and performance analysis across two established travel brands. £30K-£35K, dependent upon experience. Hybrid Working. London-based. Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver newsletters, promotional emails, SMS and relevant RCS campaigns. Build and manage automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned browse/basket, renewal and re-engagement activity. Develop audience segments based on behaviour, engagement and lifecycle stage. Build and troubleshoot HTML email templates, ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility. Test subject lines, creative, send times and channels to improve engagement and conversion. Manage partner campaign scheduling, coordinating assets, deadlines and send frequency to avoid over-contacting subscribers. Monitor campaign results, identify insights and provide recommendations based on performance. Support website promotions, product updates and customer journeys alongside editorial, design and digital teams. Assist with social media activity across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Support paid search and social campaigns where required.
